1. Get together with a partner. Stand three feet apart facing each other with enough room to toss a scarf.  One person takes the scarf and the other person watches. With the scarf, and using the inside motion, toss it into the air and catch it with the same hand.

The scarf should be thrown above you head, and don't worry about hitting the ceiling. Do this until you are comfortable, then switch the scarf to your other hand and begin again.

2. Do this motion until you are comfortable with it. Notice the sweeping motion of the hand moving toward the body. You are using the inside motion. Notice this in the video.  Have your partner watch you and compare your motion to the video. Then switch and give the scarf to your partner. Repeat these steps.
